A Little History
From the time of the Roman Empire that conquered the British Isles and then cobbled the roads to move their armies where the meeting house came to be. A gathering place much like a church for local villagers to discuss topics of the day, conduct business and generally gossip. The ale and food soon flowed and all roads eventually would lead to a Public House here in the old port of Montreal.
Not Your Ordinary Pub
A little pub for a big experience locally situated in Old Montreal on one of the oldest streets in the Old Port, Rue Saint Pierre. Pub Saint Pierre is establishing a sense of community in Old Montréal with friendly staff and a warm inviting setting. Our philosophy is “Not Your Ordinary Pub.” Here in the old port of Montreal our community are world travellers, guests from other lands and local inhabitants, and all are welcome to our pub.
